Our Story
After a range of different industries prior, in 2000 Steve Vella decided for a career change and approached 14 real estate agencies to work for free to trial the industry but was knocked back by 13 times until the 14th agency agreed to the free trial, that agency was Century 21 Fairfield. Steve loved the free trial he has never looked back since then he has obtained his real estate license, between 2000 to 2007 worked for a local commercial real estate agency for 5 years, worked for CBRE for 2 years and since 2007 has owned and operated Statewide Commercial Property. In 2018 Steve’s wife Lilly joined to strengthen the team. Lilly’s main role is to look after the property management department and Steve is the licensee in charge and his main role is to look after sales, leasing and property management.
